Domains to Allowlist

Some corporate networks only allow outbound HTTPS to approved domains. Solid Chat can sign you in and then block the conversation when one of the domains below is missing from that allowlist.

We are sorry for the interruption this causes. Send the list below to your IT or network team. This is separate from Solid's Static IP Addresses: those IPs let Solid connect to your warehouse. The domains here let people open Solid Chat and sign in.

Domains to allow

Allow every entry:

`*.getsolid.ai`	Solid services, including Solid Chat
`*.descope.com`	Sign-in
`auth.descope.io`	Sign-in

If chat is still blocked

After the domains are allowed, start a new conversation. If Solid Chat is still blocked, contact [email protected] and include the domain your proxy denied. We will help you restore access as quickly as we can.
