Solid's Static IP Addresses
Solid's services run on Microsoft Azure. The IP addresses below are Solid's fixed outbound IPs — add them to your allowlist if your data warehouse, BI tool, or database restricts inbound connections by IP.
When you need this
If your warehouse (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, etc.) or BI tool (Tableau Server, Power BI on-premises, etc.) has a firewall, IP allowlist, or network security group that restricts inbound traffic, add Solid's IPs so the DB Agent and ingestion pipeline can reach your systems.
If your environment has stricter requirements and cannot accept any inbound connections from outside your network, see Data System Collector — an alternative deployment where a small worker service runs inside your network and makes only outbound connections.

All IPs are hosted on Microsoft Azure.

Connector-specific guidance
Some connectors have their own network access guidance:
- Power BI — Solid connects to
login.microsoftonline.comandapi.powerbi.comover HTTPS (port 443). If Conditional Access or Azure Private Link is enabled for Power BI, allowlist the IPs above. See Power BI Setup Guide. - Snowflake — Add the IPs to your Snowflake network policy under Admin → Security → Network Policy. See Snowflake Setup Guide.
- BigQuery — GCP typically controls access via IAM roles rather than IP allowlists; if your organization has additional VPC Service Controls or org policies restricting egress, allowlist these IPs. See BigQuery Setup Guide.
